You must return all ACE property issued to you, including ACE documents, identification cards, policies, computers, software, credit cards, or other ACE materials immediately upon separation of employment or when it is requested. This policy further requires the return of all confidential and proprietary business information belonging to ACE and its customers or vendors, whether in written or electronic format. You must work with HR to ensure that all ACE property is returned promptly. If you fail to do so, you must pay for any items not returned or damaged, or possibly be subject to legal action.
