Employees will be paid bi-weekly, every other Friday. In the event that a regularly scheduled payday falls on a day off such as a holiday, employees will receive pay on the last day of work before the regularly scheduled payday. ACE does not provide advances on pay to employees.
Your workweek begins at 12:00 a.m. Sunday and ends at 11:59 p.m. on Saturday. The workweek is used to determine overtime hours for non-exempt employees.
The following deductions are required by law and will automatically be deducted from each employee’s paycheck:
- Federal withholding for taxes
- State withholding for taxes (where applicable)
- Social Security Tax
- Medicare Tax
- Federal/State mandated garnishments
It is the employee’s responsibility to ensure their federal and state (if applicable) tax withholding elections are accurate and up to date at all times. When necessary, employees should consult with a tax advisor for questions regarding their tax withholding.
Eligible employees may voluntarily authorize deductions from their pay checks to cover the costs of participation in optional benefit programs offered by ACE.
