ACE recognizes the importance of charitable nonprofit organizations and the impact they make in our communities. To support the work of these organizations, ACE will match employee donations to qualified organizations. To be qualified for a matching employer contribution, the organization must be a social service, charitable or environmental organization that is not-for-profit. Examples are the American Red Cross, the American Cancer Society, and the United Way.
ACE will match an employee donation of $25 or more up to $100 per employee per calendar year. To request an employer match, the employee needs to submit a Matching Gift Form and submit it to Human Resources with documentation of the donation. Pledges of donations are not eligible; the donation must have actually been made in order to qualify. Human Resources may also request additional information on any organization.
