ACE provides a wide array of benefits to its full-time employees who regularly work a minimum of 30 hours per week. These include health and dental insurance, Life, Employee Assistance Program, Long Term Disability and Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance, and Flexible Spending Accounts. You are eligible to participate in the benefit plans on the first day of the month following hire date if you are a full-time employee. ACE full-time employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k)-retirement plan on the first day of the month following 90 days of full-time employment. All eligible employees will automatically be enrolled in the plan according to the plan guidelines. Employees will be notified upon enrollment and given the Summary Plan Description (SPD).

EAP is a free resource for counseling and support services. The EAP can benefit you and your immediate family members with a variety of work/life issues, from childcare and elder care to legal and financial services. The EAP is a part of the medical benefit plans offered.
