We require that all regular full and part-time staff, and administrative and instructional faculty participate in the performance evaluation process called GPS (Growth, Plan & Support). Interaction between you and your supervisor should give you a sense of how you are progressing.
GPS meetings are conducted on a quarterly basis or more often according to your supervisor. These meetings are to ensure that employees gain a full understanding of their responsibilities and are provided feedback regarding their contribution and development.
Understand that GPS meetings provide the opportunity to discuss strengths and weaknesses and set future goals. A GPS meeting does not guarantee a salary or benefit increase, job or career advancement, or continued employment. We encourage you to request feedback regarding your work performance from your supervisor at any time, as well as provide feedback to your supervisor regarding their support of you and your development.
