Telephone Call Monitoring and Recording

In general, telephones are for ACE business. We periodically monitor and/or record business related telephone calls.

Employees should keep personal phone calls brief and to a minimum. Please use your good judgment when using the phone for personal matters. Whenever possible we ask that you make such calls during scheduled breaks.
