Corrective Action


Violation of ACE policies and rules may warrant disciplinary action including informal feedback, verbal warnings, documented discussions, written warnings and final written warnings. The system is not formal and ACE may, at its sole and absolute discretion, deviate from any order of progressive disciplinary actions and utilize whatever form of discipline deemed appropriate under the circumstances, up to and including immediate termination of employment. ACE’s policy for discipline in no way limits or alters the at-will employment relationship. Management must consult with HR for assistance prior to implementing disciplinary action.
