Strategic leaders assess essential questions in management from an economic angle. It focuses on how current conditions and policies affect organizational performance. Students will evaluate concepts that will include the following: understanding how individual assumptions, and behavior aggregate into collective capabilities, or deficiencies. Furthermore, students will appraise financial strategies to increase overall shareholder wealth while implementing models of strategic operation planning, aligned with specific leadership behavior.
