BUS6543 - Managing Risk: Evaluation and Implementation

This course applies concepts of the risk-management including the many methodologies used to manage projects. Students ensure a project is completed, factoring-in any possible business disruptions, identifying, analyzing, and being equipped and agile to respond to project risks. Furthermore, various strategic planning techniques, using research skills that encourages the analysis, of topics such as cost estimation, cost control, procurement, contracts, project selection and evaluation of new events and circumstances. Students will appraise the pillars of strategy execution, analysis, formulation, and implementation.
