RES6023 - Quantitative Research Designs

This course provides students with an overview of the quantitative methodology. A variety of quantitative designs and methods for collecting and analyzing quantitative data are discussed. Topics include the nature of quantitative research, types of designs, population sampling, hypothesis testing and choosing appropriate statistical tests, assessment of reliability and validity, reporting data, and addressing limitations and delimitations in quantitative design studies supported by the practical application assignments. Pre-requisite(s): RES6013 and RES6003
