Description |
This score measures student experience and helps to predict potential future growth. All students are asked to rate the “Would You Recommend” item on a 0-10 scale. |
Calculation |
All scores are divided into 3 groups; Promoters, Passives, and Detractors. Subtracting the percentage of Detractors from the percentage of Promoters yields the WYR Score, which can range from a low of -100 (if every student is a Detractor) to a high of 100 (if every student is a Promoter) |
