Certificate Description
Developed to enhance professional skills, the Certificate in Instructional Coaching and Teacher Leadership is designed to empower educators with advanced skills in coaching, mentoring, and leadership within educational settings. Course curriculum provides coaching strategies and research-backed leadership techniques designed to facilitate meaningful growth conversations, analyze instructional effectiveness, and cultivate a schoolwide environment focused on professional learning.
