Program Description
The Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to drive social and business innovation within global communities. Graduates will apply a vision for community and global change by spearheading social initiatives, while using evidence-based decision-making strategies to solve business challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Through the application of various management and leadership principles, graduates develop the ability to lead stakeholders in creating impactful, ethical enterprises. The program explores business theories, applying systems thinking to evaluate complex business conditions and develop strategic responses. Collaboration is emphasized, with a focus on building partnerships across diverse and virtual environments. Graduates will identify and apply metrics that measure operational performance and business success. Furthermore, the program fosters awareness of global regulations, ethical practices, and social influence, encouraging responsible leadership in modern business contexts. With a forward-looking approach, the program prepares individuals to lead in today’s dynamic and interconnected business environments, blending economic and social goals to create sustainable, transformative impact.
Program Mission
The Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) prepares graduate students to contribute to their professional communities of business leaders in an ever-changing global commerce environment that focuses on commitment, competence, and ethics to address real-world problems. The program provides students with an opportunity to integrate all executive knowledge and competencies as related to business administration with an emphasis on social impact.
