Certificate Description
This program examines the use of telehealth technologies to support remote healthcare delivery, patient and provider health-related education, public health, and health administration. The goal of this program is to provide healthcare administrators, leaders, and managers with telehealth best practices and an overview of the role of telehealth in improving access to medical services, increasing efficiencies in health organizations, and improving patient outcomes.

- Promote cultural competency and diversity within the context of telehealth services.
- Apply best practices in developing, leading, and managing telehealth programs.

Mission Statement
