This course introduces policy analysis and governance, from theoretical and practical perspectives, including how individuals organize for common purposes and design, implement, analyze, and evaluate policy. Students will examine how policy decisions emerge and how the values of public, nonprofit, and private sector leaders and institutions affect decisions and implementation.
