This course provides an overview of theoretical and practical applications of group theory, processes, and practices as applicable to organizational leadership. Team dynamics, team development, and the role of the team leader are examined, including skills related to negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution within teams. Students will build awareness of group dynamics, problem-solving, and decision-making to maximize optimal leadership performance.
