CSR5013 - Maximizing Resources and Advocacy for Leaders

This course provides an overview of how benefit corporations and other socially responsible organizations maximize opportunities by effectively utilizing their internal and external assets and resources. Students seize the available endowments, such as donor-advised funds beyond traditional grants and fundraising. Advocacy strategies are also covered. Students will analyze different communication methods and review best practices for public, nonprofit, and other organizational leaders working to influence political and policymaking processes to promote sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
