This course covers principles of ethical decision making and social justice issues, including how leaders conscientise ethical decisions, negotiate and manage conflicts, overcome barriers and challenges that perpetuate inequality, and advocate for social justice. Students will analyze various ethical and social justice issues applicable to professional practices.
