CSR5013 - Maximizing Resources and Advocacy for Leaders

This course provides an overview of maximizing opportunities internally and externally with assets and resources to fully embrace the vision involved in a B-Corporation type of organization. Students seize the available endowments, such as donor-advised funds beyond traditional grants and fundraising. Advocacy strategies are also covered. Students will analyze different communication methods and review best practices for practices for public, nonprofit, and other organizational leaders working to influence political and policymaking processes to promote sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
