Because your employment relationship with ACE is “at-will,” either you or ACE has the right to terminate the employment relationship at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
All voluntary resignations by an employee should be in writing. ACE requests two weeks’ written notice for all voluntary terminations by employees. If you are a full-time employee and have given two weeks’ written notice, you will be paid through the last day worked plus all accrued, yet unused PTO days, less all appropriate deductions. If you do not provide two weeks’ notice as requested, you will be considered ineligible for rehire.
